They're the best.

Also, when they use the same voice over and over and then have just one single role that's completely different, that's worth all the buildup.

The worst thing is when there's a character who has a voice I like, and a voice I don't care for, and he keeps getting roles in the latter.

Male voice actors are usualy not as versatile as female ones, but it doesn't matter since the best ones can make their character live by sheer acting skill.

I hate Satomi Arai's grandma voice.
It's a shame, she was amazing in Mahoraba. Most of the time, I blame shitty directing (like using Wakamoto to force his voice all the time for comedy purpose).
