Starting from 2003-2011, year 118-126 of Gensokyo, that's 8 years on top of her age from EoSD.

So where do think we can put her about at now? Is Reimu a young adult now?

Seeing as how her appearance (nor has any other human for that matter) hasn't changed since like, EoSD, it doesn't seem like there's really any big aging yet.

ZUN checked and authorized the character portraits for SWR in the same vein that George Lucas does with those novels and shows he doesn't direct himself. Guess what baby it is canon

If anything fanbook or whatever has ZUN in it and it's not saying some like special thanks to ZUN or whatever it showing that it was produced through him but not by him which makes it now less "official" than if you had an idea but someone else did all the physical work for you to realize that idea. Alphes breast sizes are canon deal with it.

They may not age the same pace as outside world but if you count their years, their age number still increasing as the same pace as the outside world. Case in point is SoPM which was published 5 years after MoF and it also state that the interview event between Marisa, Kanako, Byakuren and Miko happened about 4 years after Kanako came to Gensokyo. SoPM was written by Akyu so 4 years has passed in Gensokyo means Marisa's age number must be increased by 4 after MoF.
