I think if I knew I had only 24 hours left I would think up a very elaborate prank. Something like preparing a fake murder scene, or fabricating evidence for a huge conspiracy that I used to be part of - or possibly just make a family member think they drove me to suicide.
Or, prepare 10 years worth of letters in advance, tell the post office to only deliver them as according to the dates I give them, announce to my family that I'm going on a long journey "to find myself" and hide my soon-to-be corpse.

In truth I'd just be happy that I wouldn't have to eat or brush my teeth or do a number of other things on my last day on earth. I guess I'd sleep in and go to bed early.
