I used to tend toward skinnyfat, but now I'm a lean and surprisingly tone 160lbs. All it took was losing my vehicle and effectively walking ten miles a day.

I'm kind of fat, about a stone overweight, but I've started making an effort to cut back on food now. It's actually pretty simple, as long as you get over feeling hungry. I used to eat all the time, now I try to avoid eating unless I'm actually feeling hungry, and I cut all my portion sizes in half.
