Out of every character that Zun created while under the effects of alcohol, these two are without question the best.

Everything about them is absolutely perfect, they have no flaws whatsoever.

Creation on this level happens in one in a million, I'm sure all of you agree.

I apologize if I'm wrong on any accounts. But from one I've seen Reisen in (Inaba of the etc. etc. This was written by ZUN, but I don't want to argue if it's canon or not) she's very stressed and works works works. This may have resulted in some depression, but she's still quite chipper.

I don't think any character should be perfect, really. When a character has flaws, they truly shine.
