But I have an idea. Why doesn't some group make a third person sort of adventure game where you pick your favourite touhou and do awesome shootan/flyan/etc.

Perhaps it could be like Metal Gear Online or something, or it could just be awesome armoured-core-esque flying and gunning stuff up with danmaku and spellcards.

Care to throw out ideas? I think it would be sort of cool if the control feel and gameplay would be somewhat like Dead Space (the first one), but a bit more fluid (not survival horror slow) and not falling into the pit-trap of cover-based TPS. As for boss fights, maybe incorporating some 3D danmaku fights into sections somewhat like AAAAAAA.

Now that I think on it, a game like that could have some major mind-fuck. I love those in games. ESpecially with Reisen.

Again, would love to see a campaign with the abiity to play as eyour favourite Touhou (Mines Reisen anyway, haha.)

Also multiplayer where you can customize your touhou's costumes/clothes.

I have the training to do GUI in GTK+ and level design in the Quake4 engine using GTK-radiant. Just putting that out, friends. I suck at modelling, and haven't done any rigging, but can make 2D components such as textures and asset textures, as well. I think it would be a cool project, personally.

The lunar war was a joke by ZUN. The rabbits on the moon thought it was an invasion but in reality the humans just put down a flag on the other side and left without a clue about the Lunar Capitol. The Lunar Defense Force has less than 10 members and they aren't allowed to do any fighting even when Reimu's party comes and plays danmaku with the moonbitches. Read CiLR.
