Ground chuck is a good start. Ground sirloin if you want to get lean. If you go the "meatloaf" burger route add some mustard to it (mustard spice, not condiment) and a small amount of chopped onion.

Otherwise my favorite way is to take the meat, and assuming 1.5-2 lbs or so, add a thumb-sized amount of a Worcestershire and barbecue sauce to it.

Frying burgers is good but it's greasy. If you have an oven with a broiler setting, put the rack up high and cook it for 10 minutes on the first side (for a ~1'' patty) and 6-7 on the other for a nice medium rare. A good rule of thumb for it being done is if it's no longer too squishy when you poke it in the middle. This is all if you can't grill it of course (and I dunno about where you are but it's cold and windy over here).

I had a gf during highschool because well, it's highschool, hide your powerlevel and nothing bad happens. After that I turned into a neet for 2 years, and only had a "gf". We met through my only friend, she just wanted to fuck and I needed a place "while applying to college". In the end I did apply and she found herself a real bf.

That's my only story as a NEET. Not one anymore, and interestingly enough, I haven't gotten laid or anything like similar since getting to college. I still only have one good friend which I meet once per month and is a fellow nerd. I just want to finish college, get a small apartment, a job, and keep using the computer.
