How do you deal with your memories, /jp/?

I want the people I used to know IRL disappear from my memory. I want to play a game without them commenting in my mind. I want to smile without seeing one of them smiling a retard smile. I want to play a VN without one of them going SHITJAPANCRAP in my head. I want to look in the mirror without them telling how I changed my appearance. I want this all OUT

Just get slightly drunk while you play games or read VNs.
Only slightly, you may fuck up if you get too drunk. Hum... or maybe not. I used to become depresed when I drank too much, but then I realized it was because I was spending my time with idiots I despised and going to loud places I hated. Ever since, every time I got drunk alone at home has been fun.

Try it yourself, and if it doesn't work with you, try other things. Oh, and don't do it all the time, just one in a while.

Remember the stop RIGHT AFTER you get the increase in hops, since the feeling won't get any better from that and you will just suffer from nause and shit during drinking and from hangover the next morning if you continue.

Start doing whatever you like, drink just a little bit until you get tipsy, then full stop and enjoy whatever you were doing.

Also, make sure it's something you like to drink. I myself prefer soft liqueurs over beer or wine, but try out something new once in a while.
