I don't think I smell too bad, I take a shower all the time, but goddamn I have not been able to breathe at all.

It's basically like my throat/lungs are constantly inflamed 24/7 and makes it so I can barely get enough air to function. It's a really shitty feeling.

I really do not like using rescue inhalers, or taking anti-histamines either. I keep thinking eventually I'll build up a tolerance to these damn allergens and heat, but nope, still can't breathe right.

Why would I open the window and let in a bunch of 110°F air? Even outside at 4:30 AM it's still 92°F outside. My room right now is 85-90°F.
