At any rate, Lunarians are humans on the moon, who live without impurity.

The moon rabbit youkai that live on the moon are not "Lunarians", and therefore the dragon god and oarfish youkai attendants would not be "Lunarians" either.

Yes, but a normal human is not capable of fighting a Shinigami.
According to Komachi, the reaper sent for you will attack your heart/mind before anything, making you helpless as it claims your soul. The only way to have an invulnerable heart is to ascend beyond weakness (Celestial) or train yourself so as to remove that weakness through effort (Hermit).

Having earthly desires, particularly "the desire to keep living", will only make the reaper's job easier.
