Is there a way to stimulate lactation in someone who has not had a child?

From a Google search it says that any of the following, over a period of 1-4 weeks for 20 minutes 8 times daily, will induce lactation: suckling, breast massage and nipple manipulation, breast pump, or hormone therapy.

It seems that you don't need hormones.
