Wouldn't it be easier if I just died, /jp/?

Nah.

>> No.9427335

No. You still have plenty of things to look forward too.

I'm just tired of pretending.

try taking some MDMA, it'll show you that there's plenty to live for

>> No.9427349

Well, easier, yeah. Not really worth it, though.

Pretending for what?

>> No.9427356

You can't answer that and neither can anyone. If you can still get a trickle of dopamine from doing something, then live for it.

>> No.9427357

Yeah, do it please. But don't forget to delete your shit thread first.

First, you have to ask yourself, what does "easier" mean to you? Because let's face it, you aren't going to just die at random for no reason in particular. Something has to get you there. If you have any connections to the world, things you enjoy, family, or even your base survival instincts, forcing yourself to die suddenly becomes very difficult.

If you truly want something easy, you'll not die, but not live your life either. You'll simply exist, never doing anything and never going anywhere. By simply existing you won't have to put up with the struggles of life, nor the fear of death. I'd suggest finding a comfortable room and just lounge your time away.

You know, this morning I thought I might be happier if I stopped taking it easier and started doing something.

Maybe tomorrow.

Hiding your modem and convincing yourself you will finish something is actually really motivating.

Anyone ever noticed how on any kind of community with creative input, people never do anything if they're left too comfortable or on their own?
Think about something like NicoDouga, or game modding or any kind of art.
There's always some kind of cup or tournament, even if the winner won't really win anything, without those people would just sit on their ass and rather than working on their hobbies they'd just waste time browsing message boards or posting pictures of some vague kind of progress they are doing.

It's one of the downsides of NEET. You give up society to dedicate more of your time to your hobbies, but you end up forfeiting your hobbies as well. Unfortunately the only way humans can put effort into anything is if forced.
