Highly processed products like noodle usually involve extreme heating processes , which produces carsinogenic compounds (and let's not get into the oil that the noodle has been boiled in), which are attributed to cancer.

Why eat that shit at all? It's not nutritious, it's just empty calories. Better just play safe and eat fresh food made from scratch.

There's no reason for, say, artifically produced vanillin to be any more carcinogenic than natural vanilla. People have done food safety studies on synthesized chemicals and come up with various determinations, but synthesized chemicals as a class are not inherently carcinogenic.

Dihydrogen monoxide:

* is called "hydroxyl acid", the substance is the major component of acid rain.
* contributes to the "greenhouse effect".
* may cause severe burns.
* is fatal if inhaled.
* contributes to the erosion of our natural landscape.
* accelerates corrosion and rusting of many metals.
* may cause electrical failures and decreased effectiveness of automobile brakes.
* has been found in excised tumors of terminal cancer patients.

Despite the danger, dihydrogen monoxide is often used:

* as an industrial solvent and coolant.
* in nuclear power plants.
* in the production of Styrofoam.
* as a fire retardant.
* in many forms of cruel animal research.
* in the distribution of pesticides. Even after washing, produce remains contaminated by this chemical.
* as an additive in certain "junk-foods" and other food products.

Water is the fluid with the highest massic thermic capacity ? What's this mean ? it means it's fucking horrendously expensive to boil water.
Furthermore, a giant fucking cooking machine with water boiling in it is a fucking riddle to make into a continuous process.

They most likely use steam (water above 100°C, if they work within atmospheric pressure, that is), not only steam requires far less power to be transported (low pressure drop), but you can also have the heating and the cooking at separate places.

What does it means ? in case one of the heater fails, the production can keep on going, providing you're not only using one heat exchanger.
