Nice meals that you can get from your neighborhood asian supermarket.

Why would you eat this shit? Are you a weaboo or something?

I'm kind of a fan of chipped beef on toast for poor luxury cuisine.

8 bucks will buy a weeks meals, it's easy to make, easy to serve, looks like puke, tastes like restaurant.

I want to eat foods from other cultures.
I have already tried all American culture.
I like Japanese culture. Isn't that what this board is about?
I forgot this is 4chan.
Shitposting galore.

Instant noodles have zero nutritional value. Might as well eat nothing at all. Dark rice, oatmeal or pretty much anything else would be a healthier choice unless you enjoy slow suicide.

If you're find with a poor man meal not from an Asian market (I don't even have an Asian market near me) oatmeal is perfect. You can make it taste delicious, it's great for you, easy to make, and ridiculously cheap. Peanut butter sandwiches on whole grain bread is good, but only if you move around a bit. Might get fat otherwise.

Anytime I suggest oatmeal someone tells me to go back to /fit/ but I've never even been there...

Hey I am fine with any food but I have never tried /jp/ before and I have been trying out different Japanese foods lately so i decided to try making a poor mans thread. Japan culture style.

I love oatmeal when you put cinnamon in it.

The chart details adding quite a few things to the instant noodles that DO have nutritional value. Retarded, or just shitposting?

Nothing fancy, but when I feel like putting forth just a little effort I make an omelet and rice.
- Cook 1 cup of rice (yields 2 cups). Lightly salted.
- When the rice is nearly done, start an omelet with 3 eggs, mix lots of shredded mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
- When done, spread 1 cup rice on half the omelet. Fold the other half of the omelet over the rice.
* Try it with some ketchup on top, I highly recommend it.

This also leaves an extra cup of rice as a quick and easy snack for later.

If you don't mind about getting fat, I love adding a spoon of quality butter to dissolve on the ramen water (put the ramen with a bit of the water on a plate and leave the rest of the water in the pot), then mix it with peas, diced sausages and the seasoning sachet and let it boil for a while, until the sausages look good.

Then you mix it with the ramen. Tastes heavenly.

>Anytime I suggest oatmeal someone tells me to go back to /fit/ but I've never even been there..

It's because of the meme "squats and oats". While squats are incredibly taxing to your entire body and oats fill you up as well as give you fiber etc they take it overboard.

I don't give a fuck about health but that chart has some adventurous ingredients I don't have the patience to fuck about with.
