Lighting just came close to hitting my house /jp/. I'm scared. I hate storms.

Storms are great, go out and get drenched, scream, cry, run or laugh, no one cares, storms are synonym of freedom, the thunders mark the rhythm and the lighting the path while the cold water doesn't allow you to enter the sophoriphere status most people walk in, meanwhile the wind pets your hair and the streams of water sing their flow, storms are, without doubt, one of the last oasis of liberty that remain in our society.

I'm afraid of thunderstorms, because when I was younger my mother used this machine to help her breathe. We lived in a cheap house, and any time there was a storm out power would go out. Without her machine she would have trouble breathing and a few times I had to call an ambulance because she couldn't breathe.

So now anytime there's a storm I get uneasy and if the power goes out I get really scared and hide in my living room with a flashlight.
