How do you do things, /jp/?

I woke up today at about 10:00AM and I have done absolutely nothing other than looking through /jp/ for about 10 hours now.

I want to learn Japanese and maybe play an eroge or just anything, but every day the time just goes by and then before I know it it's time to go to sleep and I did nothing all day expect look at threads which were mildly interesting.

Serious question:why don't you read some manga?

i learned both hiragana and katakana in the past 4 days
just sort of pushed myself to do it and then the desire to follow through came to me

I can't seem to find the motivation. This all may be the meditation that I'm on though.

It's focusing pills and it seems like I lock onto whatever I'm doing for the whole day. If I could willpower my way into starting a manga then I'm sure I would love it, but right now it just feels like /jp/ is the most important thing in the world and I can't tear myself away but I can't tell you why it feels so important.

It's exactly like that feeling you get when you're masturbating and you're just right about to "finish petting the dolphin." I guess that physically you could just stop yourself right there before you finish, but at the same time you can't. It's like you're locked in.

I want to do something else, but I can't pull away.
