Are you a person who likes to take naps, /jp/? Or do you only sleep once a day? Tell me about it, okay?

I like to take long naps in the middle of the day, especially when it's so hot out during the summer. It's nice to stay up when it's dark and cool outside.

Stay awake for ~30 hours-- Sleep 4--~30 hours--sleep 4........ and suddenly one day sleep for 18 and back to the cycle.

Time ago when I still ate like a normal human I would sleep for a couple hours if I had a heavy meal, haven't done this on a long long time.
