Hi guys, I am new to this board and I need to figure out what are the rules here.

As you can see, these aren't very specific. I have lurked this board for a day and obviously all things otaku aren't welcome. For example, people have problems with anime being posted or waifus even though both cultures clash. So can you guys explain what and what isn't welcome on this board?
