I think that coincided with one of the chapters of CoLA. There are several like that. I recall patchy (or sakuya on her behalf) getting stuff for the rocket in SSiB which also showed up in CoLA. It was pretty neat.

But no, it would be a stretch to call Reimu and Marisa "customers". More like freeloaders.
