Hey JP

I've been using KeyholeTV for my live streaming of Japanese TV for a while now and Its been pretty good.

But the quality is awful and its laggy sometimes.

Is there some other program or website that gives higher quality streams of general japanese television?

sure you can just torrent the shows you want, but I just want to surf channels and whats random things including commercials
