Dudes, something happened to my Microsoft IME.

Normally, when a start typing with a capital letter, the input mode would automatically switch to Ｆｕｌｌ　ｗｉｄｔｈ　ａｌｐｈａｎｕｍｅｒｉｃ, but now it goes to half-width alnum instead.
How could I fix?
