But if I were to change it I would divide it into primaries, those who play the games, dedicate themselves to know about the lore, and understand canon, secundaries, those who do play the games, but don't actually make an effort to get better at them, and prefer the fanon stuff, tertiaries, those who just like the fanon shit and barely know about the games, and quaternaries, who spam memes everywhere and only know about bad apple and cirno's perfect math class, and PADs.

I agree with most of your definition, but there is not a need for tertiaries.

And how you got into Touhou isn't important, but what's your actual approach to the series.

Primaries: Those who play the games, dedicate themselves to know about the lore and settings of the series, and also understand the differences between canon and fanon.

Secondaries: Those who aren't interested in canon facts, just like the fanon and don't play the games at all.

That's why a primary can become a secondary and vice versa, IMO.
