It's already been a year since June 2011 and you've gotten absolutely nowhere with your life since then. How do you live with yourself? Think about where you were last year and where you are now. Think of all the time you've wasted. You could have learned some kind of skill by now, or maybe even an instrument. Since last year you could have done so many things, but why haven't you?

Since last june I have gotten better grades than before, I will graduate with one more semester. Also I have become healthier and cleaner than last June.

I've enrolled back in school, am getting A's in my classes, and I actually got my braces of two days ago (after nearly 6 years on and off, and lower jaw surgery, and way too much bullshit).
So right now I'm feeling pretty fly.

I've also abandoned my plans to move overseas and produce drugs and market them over the silk road, because I remembered how much I fucking hate chemistry - so now I have to look more seriously into employment possibilities.

About a year ago I made a post on /jp/ about my downward spiral and, surprisingly, I got some really helpful answers. I stopped failing courses, dug myself out of the hole, and now I'm set to graduate in a couple of months. I got my driver's license. While I'm taking too many courses right now to also work, I do have a couple of job offers lined up for when I graduate. I have enough savings to move out as soon as I'm done with university.

I have taken control of my life. For the first time in years, I'm looking forward to the future. And it really is thanks to /jp/.
