I don't think Western cartoons have too much following in Japan, even though there is a Cartoon Network Japan. I can remember more drawings related to literature, cinema, and video games.

Well, I don't really watch Western cartoons so even if I guess I saw it I wouldn't recognize what it was.

There actually is a semi-large fanbase. Their fanart is a rare delicacy to /co/mrades. Being simple and cute, like Adventure Time, while being stylized and detailed, like FLCL.

Panty and Stocking is pretty much "Ameriboo: the Anime", to put in perspective.

He just gave you the search term for "cartoon" in Japanese. カートゥーン.

Just copy and paste it into the pixiv search bar, or even google.

The internet even if all text was replaced with boxes should be pretty easy to navigate considering there are conventional formatting and images everywhere.
