I mean, he's essentially contradicting his direct statement that only one of the drugs acts on the brain by saying indirectly that both act on the brain (sexual arousal is one of many functions affected by anti-androgens).

What I wonder is if he's trying not to worry the audience since, though they may be comfortable with the effects of drugs as ubiquitous as SSRIs, they may not be comfortable with the implications of affecting testosterone levels in the brain. If that's what he's trying to do, he's a complete scoundrel.
