Then there's Yuka, who's generally better at being Youkai, which I guess translates into unusually strong regenerative and danmaku abilities (Masterspark etc.)
And finally there's Suika who's just plain STRONG. Strong enough to punch a mountain to pieces.

Powerlevels aren't possible to determin in ZUNiverse.
Yukari for example is equevilant to a god, she can manipulate every type of border, including one's border between existance and nothingness.
She can make you... well, not exist anymore.
Suika can tear a mountain down with her bare hands, Flandre can destroy anything without even noticing, so yeah- No such thing as powerlevels here.

Look at it this way.

A-rank is Final/Extra bosses. Power level increasing from right to left.

S-rank is also extra/final bosses, but they have canon backing to call them the strongest.

Reading her PCB profile, it only mentions that Ran got defeated and that Yuyuko asked her to restore the border of the netherworld, not the heroines. Also it never says she was defeated by somebody...maybe I'm missing something.

For Flandre, every beeing is the same, but since it is HAX, I dont think she would use it, and if she uses it, it is too late. It seems that she does only use her power if its REALY needed by somebody else.

For Yukari, she can also fuck up stuff, but in an FAR greater scale, including herself. Its like you have the power of logic in your body but you are yet a Human/Mortal/Whatever.

Nothing beat the power to DESTRUCT anything in a "normal" sense.

We've already had this topid like a billion times, everytime it comes down to:
Most powerful hax: Yukari.
Most powerful physically: Suika.
Purely destructive power: Flandre.
Yuka's somewhere in there, but she doesn't stand out in one area or another, she's just overall really really powerful.
Other characters can have insanely hax abilities without being so "powerful" per se, like Yuyuko.

Well fome the games we know that she has something like a vector trap (ZoE)with every conceivable weapon in it stuf like guns, big ass lasers flame trowers portable WMD launcher and so on.
She can also shot homing lasers and plasma shots fom her hands and she has these funnel (gundam) like things.
One of her attacks is an orbital bonbardment and in one she floods the entire area with energi atomizing everything but herself.
As for hax she can manipulate reality to what extent I don't know but the last part of Shuusou Goyku is is a land of concepts and intangible things she can jump from dimension to dimension and her wings are some type of weird hax magic.
And thats all I know
