How many Touhou's can directly apply their powers to amplify their danmaku? I consider Touhou's that can do this to be the strongest in terms of a Danmaku duel. Okuu for example, can use her ability of nuclear fusion to enlarge her bullets into giant sun danmaku, or even amplify the destructive impact of her bullets.

arguably the only reason that the moonbitches are the strongest is because they're the only ones who actually use their powers seriously. they actually want to protect the moon.

From our point of view magic and all the crazy powers in touhou are certainly supernatural. If that's the definition we're going with then Yuugi is the strongest hands down. She can just turn everyone's powers off.
