That happens to me too, but it seems more related to sudden temperature changes than heat itself. Like when I go in the shower on a cold day, or when I've been outside on a cold day and go inside.

This morning, I was wondering why my room was still toasty after opening my window. I had to go out for various reasons, and upon stepping outside, I felt like I was going to boil alive.
