uick question and i wont take up much of your time /jp/ but google culdnt answer em this but how can i resize my touhou scarlet weather rhapsody in windowed mode ive tried making a shortcut and applying -vidmode 1024, 768, 60 but to no avail, dnt want it fullscreen and i dont want it so fkin tiny, what do?
