So, /jp/, I want to get more into that family of music collectively known as "j-core".

I first found out about it about a year ago, when I clicked in a DJ Sharpnel video someone I have on Facebook posted on her wall. I was like "hey this is interesting", then I clicked on DJ Technorch's Silencer. MIND: BLOWN.

Since then I've been checking out all the different subgenres on that medium. So far I have a couple of TANO*C discs, as much as I could find from DJ Technorch, and this album from USAO, plus a lot of loose songs I ripped from Youtube. I especially like speedcore, schranz (I really like that fast, constant rolling beat), hardstyle, hardcore trance, and of course anything that is also a Touhou arrange. I used to be a lot into gabber but not so much anymore.

Now, I haven't had much time to actually curate a good list of j-core music, but now that I'm on vacations from college I intend to actually go look for some proper albums and get my songs in a properly tagged form and in neatly organized playlists.

A quick review through my Youtube favorites says this is more or less the content of my list:

At heart, I'm a 16 year old emo girl and always will be.

I'm a bit quirky, hopefully in an endearing way. xD
I'm a little strange and it may take you a while to get used to me, so don't give up on me if I seem offputting at first.

I'm a video game enthusiast... that is to say, sometimes the only thing I get enthusiastic about is video games. I love to play all genres and have really varied tastes, so we probably have some in common!

I'm also a movie enthusiast. I see a movie every friday with my friend, and I often catch up on older movies I missed or never had the chance to see in my free time. If you know of a good movie, feel free to recommend!^^

I'm a pretty social person online, but I mostly socialize through Steam and AIM. My Steam URL is http://steamcommunity.com/id/UmiharaKawase and my AIM SN is jaypeesucks. Feel free to add me on either, just make sure you let me know you added me from TinierMe!

GENSOU HARDSOUND series for Touhou, Spineliar's original albums are pretty good in general, but also a bit strange and awkward to listen to
