Also, there's a game going into beta soon called Raiderz. Looks...Okay. Like free-to-play tera, with more monster hunter elements. Shit crafting and interface, though. Lots of open world bosses, so I can see boss camping being an issue, too.

If I remember right, those have been up there for probably two years now, along with another one called Soul Captor. Soul Captor is actually out in HK / almost out in ENG and may actually be good if it isn't a piece of shit. I guess I just want another game where I have a cute little girl following me around like in Aika. Actually the screenshots look pretty horrible, but the spirits are cute!

S4 was good for a while in 2008, but it had literally the worst publisher I have ever seen that consistently run the game into the ground. The developer wasn't much better either.

The combination of the ability to play a girl character and dress up in various cute outfits with actually fun gameplay kept me playing for a long time, but I wish I hadn't wasted all that time on it.

SW and world of warplanes are the only things I'm expecting, I'll play world of tanks in the meantime.
T:A is repetitive as hell with rigid gameplay; sorry but when only one option is good and the rest are terrible, there isn't much of a choice. Killing Floor is more fun, and relies on teamplay.

I don't know why you guys hate WoW so much.
You don't have to group with people at all you know. I don't like playing with people I don't know either, so i always pugged some raids, and now use the new LFR system to just get decent enough gear to survive out in the world when I'm doing my own thing.

I have dozens of dress sets I wear, although I've mostly taken a liking to http://www.wowhead.com/transmog-set=415
That took me a while to complete.
There is so much to do in the game, compared to most MMO's where you cant really do anything solo.

I really like to explore though, and find those nooks and crannies no one really knows about, then turn off the music and just leave on the ambient sounds and go into first person to look below at the zone, or up at the sky. The sky in outlands is the best to look at.
Walking around silvermoon is great, having conversations with NPC's, buying mats for strange cooking recepies picked up over the years...
The one place I used to pretend was my home in Silvermoon has been filled out by the archeologist trainers though. Now I have to hop through inn's. The one by the Bazzar is best, I don't like being so close to murder row, warlocks are filthy.

PvP in MMOs is only fun when it happens naturally in the world. Stuff like instanced battlegrounds and pre-planned fights are incredibly boring. At that point, I'd rather just play a no nonsense PvP game like Street Fighter, Starcraft, etc.

Same goes for Demon's/Dark Souls as well. It's fun to invade someone's world and ruin their shit, but mutually agreeing to duels or going to the PvP hotspots gets boring fast.

They have rated battlegrounds now, but you can still play Arena if you have less friends to get high rating with.
People always played battlegrounds. It's just not as good for making money now though. During BC and WotlK you could do a few battlegrounds a day, and make over 400G selling Gems from honor. Now only doing boring stuff gives you gold.

I don't think so. You sound like a Jerk. People want to let off steam however they can, and going into a battleground is one of those ways. When someone else is trying to enjoy themselves, its a dick move to ruin their fun like that.
PvP like that is what I like, stuff like League of legends where everyone gets so worked up and frustrated instead of having fun is horrible. In WoW, dying doesn't matter, you could die a million times and still enjoy yourself.

You can have serious PvP and still get fun out of it. I play for the challenge, wining or losing doesn't matter. Of course it'll always flatter your ego to beat a top 10 team, but even if you lost, as long as you put up a good fight then it's allright.

Unless they changed it from when i played (Unlikely) Spiral Knights at first APPEARS fun, but as soon as you get to a point where you can start having fun, surprise! you're out of "energy" for using elevators and entering dungeons, This might not be so bad if it didn't take an entire 24 hour period to fully regenerate back to your free energy cap.

Guess how you get more energy? Pay for it, yep.
Want to craft gear? You spend your energy to craft it.
You could trade for energy but it seemed to me like you had to have jew-tier merchanting skills to make it workable.

Keep in mind, all of this is from my very dated perspective of the game, it could have changed from then but i haven't bothered to check on it.

After the battlegrounds came out, world PvP got more and more rare in WoW. Instead of venturing off and looking for people to kill, everyone would just join a queue, sit in the city, and play capture the flag. So god damn boring.
