I always thought a good way of adapting Touhou into a live action movie would be to feature a dad and his daughter in the real world, and Yukari pops over to bring them to Gensokyo because the girl is next in line for either Reimu or Akyu. Then you could introduce small portions of the cast without having to introduce new 2hus to fight and it'd be a mostly slice of life venture of a dude and his daughter getting acclimated to Gensokyo before she begins her training.

The problem with that is it would probably mean the entire nation is fucked, but if it gets rid of the jews once and for all, it may be worthwhile.
