Also, is the image of the lolis or the concept itself? Is it the fact that an imaginary child is doing sexual things, or is it the body shape that turns you on? The problem is people don't understand how the law works. Back in 2000 the US supreme court overturned a law declaring drawn images of children illegal based on free speech and said 'unless it's based on real children it can't be made illegal'.

People who didn't like that overturn made a similar law, pretty much exactly like the old law. So far that new law has not been challenged in court.

Chris Handley was a moron. Instead of fighting a law that very well ought to have been overturned he skipped out on his rights to a trial, plead guilty to a 'lesser' crime of obscenity.

Basically, that makes ALL PORN illegal and 90% of Americans need to be in prison. That'll never happen duh. But they used it as a method to put people in prison that don't fit exactly what they're trying to put them in prison for.

So, if you get arrested in the US, get a lawyer who will defend you properly (If you can't afford a lawyer the state will provide one, if the state doesn't provide one you feel is defending you properly they're required to give you a different one that will. I say this because I know 99% of /jp/ is broke). Get your lawyer to challenge the law, take it all the way to the supreme court and point out that they already overturned the same law once and the new one will be dropped.
