I am a cheerful person. I'm in a pleasant mood most of the time and I'll sometimes find myself smiling or softly giggling at simple things or thoughts. However, I can't help but feel I'm in the minority here. I see people here in positions similar to mine but they're always posting about being depressed. I wonder why.

Today I woke up and although it's a day no different from any others in the past 5 years, it feels very special to me. My days are more or less spent feeling like this.
