I hate summer. It's too hot. I don't feel like doing anything. There is too much heat and sun. How to deal with that?

>> No.8925930

Move to the UK. It's chilly and grey here at the moment (at least where I am, not sure about the rest of the country. Pretty sure it's the same though)

>> No.8925931

it's still spring nerd

>> No.8925957

I used to hate summer before I had an air conditioner. The heatwaves were fucking brutal, but I still have fond memories of playing Metal Gear Solid 2 and Ninja Gaiden 2 all day every day while sweating my ass off.

>> No.8925962

I know how you feel.

You could try sleeping during the day, and living during the night, or when the heat gets unbearable, fill up a nice bathtub, and read in there for a few hours.

>> No.8926005

I hate heat, too.

It rained yesterday, so today it's pretty (but pleasantly) cold.

Now there's no choice but to pass a gloomy and melancholic day drinking a hot cup of cocoa.

Fall is the worst season because all the leaves start falling down and that crap always gets iny my eyes and then I have to walk around half-blind with red eyes looking like a junkie because I also have dark circles under my eyes and am underweight.

The town where I grew had like 100 km of beaches so it was easy to find a desolated place without people and a shower not more than 200 meters away, I spent hours playing with my brother, we used to swim far from the shore, once you lose it from sight your heart starts to beat harder and adrenaline runs through your body, but we always came back because for some reason we didn't lose the north, like the seagulls.

That was 10 years ago, now I'm a useless piece of shit who gets lost in the streets of this crappy city, I believe the tanned, energetic kid I was could beat the piece of slow shit I'm now despite the age gap, I still remember the empowerment feeling after jumping from the pier, 10 meters straight into the water, yelling at the sky, feeling immortal, powerful. Now I think my heart will stop beating while I sleep.

Oh God, what I've become...

Pic related, I really miss that place.

I think fall is bad because its...well, its one of the mild seasons in between summers and winters, but it leans towards being unpleasant but doesnt have snow or anything as a redeeming factor, its just unpleasant. And the leaves dont look that pretty either. Spring is just rather nice all around. Winter is lovely because not only can the scenery be wonderful at times, its wonderful for being cozy. And summer is beautiful.

I like the heat so long as I'm not trying to sleep. It's nice to go outside with the summer sun beating down on you causing ya to sweat like a motherfucker. It's revitalizing but draining in a fulfilling way.

>> No.8926174

Strangely enough
im always hotter in the winter
because the people who live below me crank up the heat to eighty fucking degrees constantly
if we turn ours off we dont get enough to stay warm, with it on, its a sauna. and not just the one apartment below us, all of them, at least in the area just below.

that's not what I implied. I just thought that he might enjoy the exercise, judging from his post. I (try) to go running for about an hour every 3 4 days.
