I know people joke about it a lot, but Jesus Americans are egotistical. I wonder how many saw the survey, surmised it was positive, then immediately checked "US" and called it a day.

>> No.8905498

How exactly is US creative?
It still imports its shit pop culture from europe and then just advertises the hell out of it

Everyone besides the US and Japan voted Japan as the most creative.
However Japan voted the US as the most creative.
That means the US wins.

Suck it.

Finland reporting in. This is the first and last time I ever post in one of these shitty nationalism threads.

Stop rationalizing cultural isolation as egotism. No one in USA is aware of France or UK creativity (lol) in the same way that nobody in Japan is aware of it. Japan has an old fashioned view of the USA as a place where all the most important media of the world is made. I'm not sure why Japan is voted in these European countries. Maybe because everybody hates the USA too much and is either too self-conscious to vote for themselves or likes videogames and figure videogames = Japan = creativity.

>>8905498
Hahahaha wow, this is what Europeans actually believe. When I was in Europe I saw nothing but ads for American movies, American bands, American everything. The US is by far the largest exporter of culture in the world. Not liking it dosen't make it not true.

I hate what the UK has become, but I still like the UK for what it was. We used to be great.

I'm left wondering if the poll was supposed to reflect the current state of the country or take into account past contributions. I'm shocked at how low France and Germany are, cultural contributions from the two have been great in the past.

Hi I'm a Japanese nerd who wanted to make some comments.
We think that the US is so creative for making the iPhone, and we SUCK at the software area(Remember this survay was done by Adobe).
A lot of us respect and feel a inferior complex torwards companys like Apple and Google.
And we think you guys have got a education system that develops creativity , and ours just doing nothing but pressurising us to remember stupid timelines and useless Engrish.
