Can we please have another sleepy time thread, /jp/?

I need to go sleep soon, but I've run out of relaxing things to add to my ipod and it's hard to get to sleep. What do you listen to when you go to sleep?

I really like this one for relaxing or going off to sleep. White noise generators too, I like listening to a good summer rain with a bit of that japanese deer scare every once in a while. Just goes *bonk*

Off the top of my head, I know there are some other albums in that ero voice cd torrent you can find on DF. Some with lewd sounds, some without.
