Basics, basics. Look at an ordinary human being. Study the different postures, the different movements, the shape, that feel you get from it. Imagine you are the human being, how would you look? When cooking pasta, what would your expression be like? When going for a walk, what muscles would be active and when would they activate and relax? Draw humans and then when you understand humans you can draw stylized fiction. Buy some books. Burne Hogarth is good for example.
