What is the cheapest deputy service?
The fastest?
The most reliable?

So far, I've investigated the following.
Please share your experience.

Shopping Mall Japan - Doesn't let you calculate EMS fee prior to buying the item, and seems trigger-happy.

Tenso - Pages and pages of legal documentation, but appears solid, and backed by Rakuten.

kuboTEN - Hard to tell. They seem a little flippant, which is not what I want to see in a retailer. Their website is full of circular links and half of their "recommended retailers" list is Rakuten, which seems redundant given tenso above. Their purchase system appears to be automated, which is good, as I hate manual communication.

noppin/Crescent Shop/Crescent Auctions - Staffed by nine people with a questionable command of English. I'm worried about timeliness.

Japan Auction Agency - Look as solid as tenso, but only accept payment through Paypal. The other service I'm considering.

Yokkatta! - Don't require registration, everything done manually through email. Not what I want as I am an autist who hates social contact.

Complete list to follow below.
