Wow. No evegetables, no meat, the broth didn't even take shape, the noodles are not done yet and your choice of drink looks unhealthy.

How can people stoop for such subpar food anyway? I might not live in luxury, but my food and drink is always the best I can afford and make.

It's cheap everywhere. That's why poor people buy it.

I disagree on the moral. Freedom is worthless if you become a carcass or worse. Then again, Aesopp was a slave, but I don't think he ever had to endure hunger or his fable might have been different.

true, but glycogen causes more liquid retention. who cares?

if he isn't joking then he is referring the noodles, not sodium
it's kind of dumb how he says "MASSIVE calories and carbs" though because one, pretty much all the calories are from carbs so he only needs to list one or the other, and two, it isn't actually "massive" because no matter which way you look at it, carbs are only 4 calories per gram, and one serving of ramen is rather small

400 cal for a meal is small. Also it's not only noodles, you get the broth as well.
