Sakuya, Remilia, Yuka, Shinki, Mima etc. all speak in RP
Marisa switches between Texas and Northern English accents
Patche has a French accent
Suika has a strong Glaswegian accent
All low-level youkai have Midland/Black Country accents
Yuugi sounds like the Ultimate Warrior
Koakuma has a ridiculous German accent like the ones in 'Allo 'Allo
Kyoko sounds like Brian Blessed

Funny thing is, I have no idea why I hear most of these.

I give Yoshika a Chinese accent as well. When I was a kid, I used to watch this comedy/horror series of movies, and I remember watching a movie about Chinese Hopping Vampires/Jiangshi. I don't know much about Chinese legends and monsters, but when I saw Yoshika during the demo, I got nostalgiad.
