My entire body? Every morning?

Even with the razor I have I can't get a clean, close shave without issues. If I shave with the grain of the hairs, it doesn't get everything. If I shave against it, it causes scrapes or bumps and I have a pretty good chance of cutting myself.

I looked at epilators but those don't look like they play nice with the face... plus don't you have to grow your hair out in order to even use it? And even then, it costs $100 for even the cheapest one...

Op your best options are either shaving or laser hair removal. From what I hear the latter isn't that expensive if you know how to shop around some. Also sometimes there's holiday sales or discounts you can utilize, check your local papers. Here is a good estimate for what you would be paying.
