Why can't there be more girls like this.

I want that hoodie.

You will never be a tomato ;_;

I honestly can't say I understand the appeal of retard moe.

Girls like this one, Ichigo Mashimaro's Miu, or K-ON's Yui are just annoying, and a rare instance of me developing an intense dislike towards a fictional character.

I can't like them, I can't relate to them, and I don't find them entertaining.

They can be pretty annoying though. Ever heard of a show called Milky Holmes?

>> No.8705804

Milky Holmes is a deconstruction/parody, so it doesn't count.

Pardon my ignorance, but who is this, exactly?

I'm not sure what you mean. None of the girls in Milky Holmes are annoying.

Milky Holmes isn't a deconstruction of anything, it's just a really bad comedy.

As far as I'm concerned, she's just a beautiful girl that will never become a Tomato.

That is uncalled for.
Please do not group Toshinou Kyouko with those retarded KEY retard clone.
She has the combination of best trait from Noda, Miyako and Tomo.

Miu isn't a Key-clone, she's just a precocious little girl.

Oh come, it's a great examination/deconstruction of mahou shoujo tropes, with the girls losing their magical powers instead of gaining them, their insufferable personalities, how useless they're without the powers, etc.

It's bloody brilliant.

>deconstruction
Please stop using that word when you're not talking about the physical process of dismantling something. It doesn't mean what you think it means.

Miu can generally be somewhat insufferable if not paired up with Chika--they are really good foils to each other, especially on a comedic level (I think they addressed this in one of the later issues of of the manga).

She really did shine in the one episode where she attempts a backflip and ends up in the afterlife.

I guess /jp/ isn't any better than the rest of the boards.

Miu is a less annoying example, but that's probably more because of how good the series was.

The least annoying example of this trope was Tomo, but Tomo was on another level entirely - she wasn't really comedic as much as genuinely disturbed, I really liked that. There's a couple of scenes where she acts ridiculously self-destructive, and her friends, particularly Yomi, treat her like you would actually treat someone with mental issues.
