>> No.8701991

I was going to buy some ramen noodles the other day to use with a chicken stock I made because they were on sale, but I ultimately decided against it. The chicken stock is poor anyway; it was made with just 3-4 thigh bones. I'm throwing it out and doing it over with 2-3 backbones and bodies.

Maybe it's better to just go to the ramen restaurant that opened up two years ago. I want to get shio broth with extra charsiu, corn, and an extra egg. Is ramen good, /jp/?

I made Japanese curry rice last night, is that weeaboo food? It makes a huge batch so I'll be eating delicious leftovers for a few days. I'm surprised you gals don't eat this more; for about $10 worth of ingredients it makes 6-7 servings and it's very nutritious. NEET food for sure.

>> No.8703569

Can't really buy anything exotic, so I only make Japanese-style curry sometimes.

I'm a veggie, but that looks delicious. I make batches of veggie stew, chili and soup, but the soup turns out to be more of a nutritious protein paste because of the pulses I use. >_>

Those batches last for 2-3 days. I also make a lot of stir-fry with curry, but that takes 10 minutes to prepare shit, which is annoying. Ramen is a lot faster, though. It's also much better than that shit you buy in packets.

Fuck these new fucking bottles. The old ones were fine. Fuck.

Also why did they only JUST realise the benefit of having the opening at the bottom like that? Ten years ago you couldn't find bottles like this everywhere, now they're all you can get. Maybe Heinz, Marmite, etc. had the idea ready for when sales started to drop.
