Why is it ok for Japanese men to dress in womens clothes and not be called gay?

Here in Ohio I'm held back from wearing schoolgirl and cheerleading outfits because everyone would think I'm homosexual.

I'm considering of moving to Japan to fulfill my fantasies and dreams.

In before angry people who should just ignore this thread and let it die on its own.

I've never seen a Japanese man that didn't look indistinguishable from a woman, so it's probably alright.

It still makes you gay, though.

They are still called gay. You big gay.

They'll still make fun of you. The difference is, you won't understand them.

Your picture is very disturbing.
