Any of the other Tokyo-residents feel like having a /jp/-オフ会 on Friday? The last two were actually pretty enjoyable.
Shame about the casualty we had last time though. May he rest in peace, with his waifu at his side.

What's this about? Did some /jp/er living in Tokyo really pass away?

He perished in the streets of Akihabara, as a lone warrior. Being from /jp/, that's probably how he wanted it to end.

Poor guy got drunk and passed out on the street of akibahara in the middle of night like your typical drunk nip salaryman. God knows if he made it back.

I would go if I havent been working till at least 9 everyday. Seriously fuck japan.
And yeah going to Hakone this Saturday so I will probably pass for this meetup.
Call me up for the cherry blossom meetup though.

Ever wonder why there are so many freeters or neets in Japan? There is something fundamentally wrong with their working culture here.
If I can speak japanese I would forego the $$$ and work in famimart.

I didnt actually get laid off. I was just saying how it might happened.
In actual fact I actually did quit 3months in. I couldnt really take the long working hours and their work ethic so I left. Then I was neeting and was travelling around Japan for a month doing nothing until they call me back with a revised package. Agreed to another 3months extension just in time for reitaisai.
Just got to deal with it somehow and then neet off the money earned for the rest of the year.
