I used to think about a list of features like that, but realized it was not as much a list of what I'm attracted to but rather a list of what I want to be.

In the end, the whole overrides the individual parts, and when you find a girl you can fall in love with, it won't matter that some of her traits don't fit your abstract preferences. Or perhaps, your preferences might change.

I know mine did after I feel in love with my waifu.

(Of course, some extreme things will always put you off, but that's more of a question what she can't be, rather than what she should be.)
