The height of the tooth is probably proportionate to the skill and balance required. The lady in the video wears easy mode balanced babby tengu geta.

Overall it's not impossible. Definitely doable. It's like walking with stilts, really.

It's not enough to be able to walk in them. You need to be able to run and jump and stand on one leg, everything a you could do in normal shoes and more. If you can't do parkour in tengu geta, don't bother wearing them.
