Growing up, I was fairly active so I got a bit of muscle on me. I was really depressed that I was so muscular. My forearms and legs were especially muscular. After a while, for whatever reason, I dropped a lot of weight. I'm sure a lot of it was fat, but there was definitely some muscle loss as well.

Now my legs are nice and slim, and my arms are skinny. I'm a bit embarrassed about how skinny and weak my wrists look, but I'd rather look like this than to be overly muscular. There's no reason for muscles when all you do is lay in bed anyway.

Take all the doujin/H-manga and make the number of them you have be 1/4 a pound. This is how much you should be curling. Take that same number and do 1/8 for triceps workouts, and that same number again for 1/3 for squats.

Start eating a better diet. High in vegies, fruits, fiber, and protein (if vegetarian, use whey protein). Start doing cardo 3 days a week, lift 4 days a week, alternating between upper body and lower body.

BURN MORE CALORIES THAN YOU TAKE IN.

Bam, you are losing weight and getting fit.

Why don't you try some martial arts instead? It's definitely better than just lifting. just look at those chinese from those Kung Fu movies, they were skinny and short but really KAKKOOOIIIIIIIII guys.
