That was only a minor part of it. The "sana a slut xd" thing really became a problem when she became a playable character, at which point a lot of the community (Sakuya fans and Reimu fans, mostly, for obvious reasons) started using that with means to offend. /jp/ didn't know any better, and now just use it to force it as a ``lulzy xD'' meme. Sanae is Suwako's descendant, therefore Suwako has procreated, and is a slut for that reason. There's a few issues with this argument.
